The family business Textilhuset Swelogent is a textile wholesaler with a complete range in textiles, sewing, sewing accessories, yarn and needlework. Their customers include shops, schools, studios, theatres, tailors and study associations. Since the online store was launched in 2010 together with 3bits, several solutions have been developed for a better shopping experience for customers, punchout being one of the latest projects.

From the purchasing portal, the customer is linked to Textilhuset.se, where they can get all the benefits of shopping on an e-commerce site that is easy to navigate and has a good search function. The products are placed in the shopping cart as usual, but when the order is placed, no order is created in the e-commerce system, but instead the shopping cart is created in the purchasing system where the order can be completed.

Punchout has made it possible to implement e-commerce integrations that do the best for everyone involved. Positive customer experience during the purchase journey

In Textilhuset's online store, it is possible to display more information than in a purchasing system and work with personalization both of products, campaigns and prices. Accessories or similar products that fit together can be automatically shown to the customer. There are many possibilities with images, video, descriptions, manuals, variants, combinations and which products should get extra visibility compared to just uploading to a purchasing portal. There is also support in the system for showing special contract prices for goods and which products are not purchasable depending on the customer's contract to easily make the entire range visible.
