3bits has developed a group global customer portal to the Ragn-Sells Group, where their corporate customers can log in and view and manage their commissions with Ragn-Sells. The customer portal is made with responsive design to work just as well out in the field with a phone, as in the office by a computer. The idea is that the customers can easily see which containers that are out, where they are, and easily manage them. It saves time for the user, and customer service can instead focus on helping the customers with more advanced questions that arise.
3bits has also developed a complement to Ragn-Sells’ customer portal, the netshop. It is an e-commerce site that is built on the same principle, where you can as a private customer, or company, easily order smart bags, schedule emptying of these, and rent fixed price containers. This was successful in Norway that worked especially well during “spring cleaning” that you have every year in Norway.
